Wynberg Boys’ High School seeks to employ a Debtors Clerk to assist the Bursar and Finance Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.
• Book-keeping knowledge.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a service orientated environment.
• Work experience in a school environment advantageous.
• Debtors administration (School Fees, Receipting, Reporting and Banking).
• Knowledge of Pastel.

Qualities must include:

• Good numeracy skills.
• Some basic level of accounting/book-keeping.
• Good organisational skills and time management.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good business communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pro-active & ability to use initiative.
• Team player.

Salary: To be determined after discussion, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Start date: 1 August 2019
